These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the winbix platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services. Please read this Agreement carefully before using any winbix service.
Important Notice: By accessing or using any part of the winbix platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the winbix platform.

2.1 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and winbix. By registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Gaming Activity on the winbix Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with winbix's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 winbix reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2.3 winbix may offer the Platform in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
21+ Only. winbix is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and engage in any Gaming Activity. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Each Member may hold only one (1) registered Account on the winbix Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winbix will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 You must notify winbix immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
4.4 winbix reserves the right to refuse Account registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where winbix suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of this Agreement.
5.1 winbix accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and cryptocurrency as may be offered from time to time. winbix reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 or such other amount as winbix may specify from time to time. Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder. winbix does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 winbix targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 24 hours for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. These timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements, banking system delays, or technical factors outside winbix's control.
5.5 winbix reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, where the withdrawal amount, frequency, or pattern triggers internal risk thresholds.
6.1 winbix may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 winbix reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it suspects abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of this Agreement by the Member.
6.3 Members may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotional terms. Where a Member has multiple bonuses, winbix reserves the right to determine the order in which bonuses are applied.
6.4 Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. winbix reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Member from future promotions at its sole discretion.
7.1 All gaming and betting activity on the winbix Platform is governed by the specific game rules, bet settlement rules, and sportsbook rules applicable to each product. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
7.2 winbix reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome where there has been a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or pricing, whether caused by a technical error, human error, or data feed failure.
7.3 In the event of a dispute concerning a bet or game outcome, the decision of winbix shall be final and binding, subject to the Member's right to raise a formal complaint as described in this Agreement.
7.4 Bets placed after an event has concluded, or during periods when a market should have been suspended, may be voided at winbix's discretion regardless of the displayed outcome.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbix Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 winbix reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct, void all associated bets and bonuses, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10.1 All content on the winbix Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of winbix or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any winbix content without prior written authorisation from winbix.
11.1 The winbix Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winbix makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 winbix's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
12.1 winbix collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.
12.2 winbix implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect Member data. No data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free; winbix cannot guarantee absolute security.
13.1 winbix reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14.1 This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winbix operates, as determined by its international gaming authority licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Members should first contact winbix customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedures provided under winbix's applicable regulatory framework.
14.3 winbix's decisions on gaming outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus disputes are final and binding, subject only to the regulatory dispute resolution procedures referenced above.
